Return Policy

We offer free returns within 30 days.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we will cover all return costs and issue you a full refund or a replacement upon receipt.
Returns must be NEW & UNUSED condition with all parts and in the original packaging.
Please message us for the required RMA to return an item.

To initiate a return please...

1.  Contact us but messaging us at returns@kmfcollectables.com of call 574-253-1456

2.  We will send you a FREE, prepaid return label via email

3.  We will issue a RMA number, please write this on the box.

4.  Package the item with all parts and documentation in the original packaging.

5  Print provided label and take it along with the package to UPS.  They will affix the label for you

6. Full refund will be issued within 1 business day of safe receipt of the item.
